This year is almost over with only 12 days left until 2019. I’m a still a bit in denial about the year being almost over but I’ll deal. As amazing as it sounds, my mood is still “normal good”. I haven’t felt “normal good” in so long that I can’t remember the last time. Maybe late 2012? I’m not sure as that may have been a manic episode rather than “normal good”. I’ve been on the roller-coaster of mania and depression for sooooo lllloooonnnngggg that it’s really, really weird to feel “good”. The only very annoying problem I have now is that chronic fatigue I mentioned before. When I was depressed, I thought the fatigue was just part of the depression but now that I’m feeling good, I’m still fatigued. According to a recent blood test, my Vitamin D level is quite low and the doctors think that’s what’s causing it. Today my medical doctor put me on a prescription Vitamin D supplement for a few weeks then I’ll get my blood tested again to check for that and other issues. I really hope the supplement does the trick. Now that I’m feeling good, there are so very many things that I want to do but just can’t because I’m too sleepy all the time. Once the fatigue is gone, there will be no stopping me!!!

I think the first thing I’ll do once my energy level increases is clean up my rooms. Depression sucks the life and will to do anything right out of me. The cleanliness of my rooms has been greatly neglected while I was depressed. Now I want to clean them up so I have a decent looking place to live in. There’s just so much that needs to be cleaned, thrown out, organized, and so on. Just thinking about what I need to do wears me out. Hopefully once this fatigue thing is taken care of, I’ll be able to do all that needs to be done and make a small fortune at the recyclers with all these empty Coke Zero cans I have piled up. I also need to dust off and reorganize all my Pops then take new photos for this blog. I’m going to need more air can dusters given the number of Pops I currently have and I think I ordered a few more last night. Ahhh!!!

I also need to do a little housecleaning on this blog to get it all ready for 2019. I have already updated all the little copyright notices for 2019 but there are still more things that need updating including my Mission Statement which I’ll either update or write a new one. I’m also going to overhaul the Donations page with some incentives or gifts for donators. I already added one new feature that I’ve been wanting to add for a while and that’s the Ask Me Anything page. I may add more features later though I’m not sure what they could be. I’m always on the lookout for ways to improve my blogs and websites.

I have found a few new things for the Archive of Old that I will be adding to the blog soon. One of the things is an old graphic novel I created in 2009 but never finished. It’s a spy story and that’s about all that I remember about it (hey, it’s been almost 10 years). I’ll post the whole thing on here as a download for any who want to see it. I still haven’t found my most ancient stuff illustrated with a model called Koshini from the pre-2006 era. I hope I’m able to find those as I recall them being quite interesting and a bit popular, if memory serves. I may also add a gallery of my old, best traditional art that I created long before my wrist was wrecked with arthritis and I had to switch to digital. If the new anti-inflammatory drug I’m on actually helps my wrist, I may go back to doing some traditional art; maybe some acrylic painting.

I also plan to update my Game Mods section by replaying the KotOR games and taking higher-res in-game screenshots of all my mods. I want to learn how to use TSLPatcher and update my mods to use it so they are more user-friendly. I even have a few unfinished, unpublished mods for KotOR 2 that I could work on once I’m able. I still need to add my Sims 3 mods here as well. So much to do, so little energy to do it with!

Do you think I should change the blog’s theme (background, colors, and styling) for the new year? I did tweak it a bit to make it easier to read but I could do more. Are there any other new features you’d like to see added to this blog? Just leave a comment below or send me a message to let me know. I’m always open to new ideas. Did you know you could subscribe to this blog and get emails of new posts? Just use the little form on the very bottom right of this page where it says “Subscribe to Blog Via Email” and enter your email address before hitting the Subscribe button.

When I started this blog back in 2016, I created a little vignette render for each blog post but stopped doing that due to my depression keeping me down sometime in 2017 and into 2018. Now that I’m feeling better, I’m going to start making those little post renders again, starting with this post. The character featured in all my post renders is my D9S Lilla that I created specifically for this blog then decided to make her available for all… and both she and my entire store at Renderosity are still 40% off until Friday!

That’s all for now as I have gone on long enough. LOL I wish you a happy Winter Solstice tomorrow and, if I don’t post again before then, a happy and peaceful Xmas Eve and Xmas Day. Oh, one last thing! If you haven’t already, check out the newly overhauled Dream 9 Studios with new print options including metal prints and mounted canvas prints for all my available artworks!
